From the day Navratri begins till Diwali ends, our calendars start getting filled with plans and deadlines. Amidst it all, we invite you this Sunday to pause and ask: beyond presents, how do everyday acts of care sustain us, and those around us? In a world that often feels rushed and disconnected, we offer a chance to rediscover how care can strengthen relationships and spark joy into our daily lives.

On Oct 5 (11:00 am – 1:30 pm), join us at Red House for our Gift of Care adda— an intimate morning of play, storytelling, and ritual.

Together, we’ll:

• Explore the many shapes of care and how it shows up in everyday life

• Engage in playful movement, creative exercises, and reflective storytelling

• Craft a clay keepsake: a tangible reminder of care to carry into the festive season

• Exchange tokens of care in community, opening space for connection and kindness

Led by Red House Resident Manini Kumar (counselling psychologist & expressive arts facilitator), this adda is a space to come as you are: with curiosity, openness, and stories to share. You’ll leave with a handmade gift, new ways to connect with yourself and others, and a morning of playful, reflective exploration.
