“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within.” — this Saturday morning, come sit in the ‘cathedral’ of Red House and engage with the divine art of painting glass.

The workshop will include:

1. A substantial introduction to Gothic design and architecture, with the Red House premises as your backdrop.

2. Insights into the history of glass, painting on glass, Gothic design elements, and the methodology and materials of modern glass-painting.

3. Hands-on creation of your own Gothic-inspired, painted glass panel — ready to hang and admire.

All materials will be provided, and you’ll leave with a beautifully crafted glass panel of your own creation.
