Dear Residents,

This Sunday, we are hosting a drawing workshop, inspired by the timeless teachings of John Ruskin, a poet, painter, and art-critic, whose principles continue to resonate with artists and enthusiasts alike. Regardless of your drawing experience, this three-hour session will guide you through Ruskin's lessons, helping you learn how to truly see and express your observations on paper. As Ruskin eloquently put it, "to see clearly is poetry, prophecy, religion – all in one." Together, we'll embark on a journey of 'thinking with the heart.'

The workshop will be led by Arjun Shivaji Jain, the Director of Red House. Arjun is a graduate of Central Saint Martins of the University of the Arts in London and a former Young Companions’ Representative of the Guild of St George, a charity established by John Ruskin himself in 1871 in the UK.

Note: All the materials you will need for the workshop will be provided by us.

Date: February 9
Time: 11am to 2pm
Early Bird Offer: ₹500 per attendee (valid for the first 10 registrations)
Regular Price: ₹600 per attendee (valid after the first 10 registrations are done)

To secure your spot, kindly email us!

We look forward to celebrating John Ruskin's 206th birthday with you and exploring the art of drawing through his insightful teachings!

Warmly,
Sunaina Jain
