Dear Residents,

Red House is hosting its first-ever baiṭhak an intimate evening of traditional Hindustani classical music! As the loveliest streams rush to meet the sea this time of the year, and the most enchanting creepers embrace young loving trees, and lightning sports restlessly with the rolling clouds, come, celebrate the month of Sāvan with us, and pay homage to the Gods of the rains this Sunday.

About the Artist:
Neeladri Charles, a History Honours graduate from Sri Venkateswara College, DU, is currently pursuing a Masters in Hindustani Classical Music from the Department of Music at the same institution. Mentored by Dr. Sukalpa Mukherjee and currently under the tutelage of Pt. Devashish Dey, Neeladri has been trained in the Benares, Agra, and Gwalior gharānās. He is a recipient of various national scholarships and awards and has performed extensively across the country.
