Only a few hours are left to sign up for Red House’s regular classes this March — what are you waiting for ?

Whether you’re looking to express yourself creatively, heal through community, or step into the world of acting, we’ve got something for everyone.

(NEW) Stanislavski Acting Classes (Every Saturday & Sunday)

Why act? What does it mean to be an actor? What does one do to be one? What does one be to become one? To continually inhabit other beings, other worlds, sincerely and faithfully? How may that even feel?

In eight classes, develop acting skills through various relaxation, imagination, emotional memory, and performance techniques, and present a showcase/performance on 30th March (in celebration of World Theatre Day!) at Red House.

Phoenix Programme Sessions – A ‘12-step’ journey to rising above TOXIC SHAME (Every Saturday)

In this last leg of the Phoenix Programme, we’ll be focusing on Steps 9-12, where we will make amends, grow spiritually and begin to help others like ourselves — ensuring lasting transformation & mindfulness.

Even if you have not attended the previous sessions, do not worry - you are free to join at any point. We will help you catch up by providing reading materials from previous sessions.

Drum Circle Sessions (Every Saturday)

When you come to a drum circle and play with your community, healing happens. It does not matter if the group's focus is purely social or ritualistic. If you come and drum, the healing is compounded because everyone is putting their spirit into their drum, and their hearts are open. You get and give a rhythmical massage that is compounded by the number of people in the circle and the energy they are sharing with each other.

Crochet Classes (Every Sunday)

'Crocheting is not a hobby. It’s a way of life.' 'It is your happy place'.

The course will introduce you to crochet tools, basic crochet stitches, which will help you make either of a sun plushie, a granny square tote bag, a granny square pouch, a bobble stitch pouch, or a handbag. By the end, you will gain the skills and confidence to crochet scarves, blankets, hats, sweater vests, crop tops, bralettes, jewellery, plush toys, bandanas, handbags—there’s no limit!
